We now have two centres - Lincoln and Rugby. The Lincoln centre is run by Roy & Mandy Glover who have operated Jargonfree since 1992. The Rugby centre is run by Craig Lawrence who has recently established himself as an independent trainer after 11 years experience working as a trainer for major companies.
I’m Roy Glover. My experience with computers started in 1981 in the RAF, and I’ve worked with them ever since. I qualified as a Microsoft Certified Trainer in 2012 and have authored and delivered courses in many Microsoft products, although I'm also an Apple specialist and I'm happy to deliver training in Mac products and iOS too.
My wife and business partner Mandy has been a full time computer professional since 1992 as well, and has experience in both small and large IT environments. She is qualified to Microsoft Engineer standard and is also an Apple specialist.
We started Jargonfree in 1992 and ran it as a part-time business. In 2007, thankfully due to demand, we decided to run it full time.
I think our trademark is a patient, understandable way of explaining things - we have an absolute crusade against people who know a little about computers making themselves look like they know more than they do!
We are more than happy to discuss any requirements you may have, with no obligation to yourselves.
Roy & Mandy Glover,
I’m Craig Lawrence. I have extensive experience in the design, development and delivery of a wide range of training courses. For many years I have worked in the railway industry providing training for companies like Virgin West Coast and Arriva Cross Country.
I am happy to work with you to develop bespoke courses that best meet your companies business objectives, or deliver a variety of industry standard courses in a wide variety of subjects.
Although based in Rugby I am happy to travel nationally so please don’t hesitate to contact me with your requirements.
